Hi Joanie. You say you went through this, but, here it is just to be
sure. Swipe to and tap on apps on your homescreen. Then swipe til you
hear apps store library and tap. The downloaded app will be in there.
If not downloaded but in cloud there will be a download button. If
downloaded, there will be an open button.
Open and if you are not prompted for your email and password go into
settings for the app, and, I bet that is where you will find the
sign-in process. Been a long time since I set up the app! I think
settings is in More Options. There is even a Help file in there.

already on it. I tried to download it and nothing happened. And when I went
to the app library I found it, but it will not open. I probably have to put
in my email and password, but I don't even know where to go to do that.
