Yes it does. why not just go with the note 4. Its got better specs a more
better device and will get android 5. Sooner then any other device in
samsung line up.

I'm debating on whether to get the iPhone 6 plus or the galaxy note 3. I'm
looking from a low vision point of view as I'm tired with the small screen
size. Will the note 3 have the triple click to turn talkback off as in the
S5? I might just get that.
