The first thing I would add would be a step after "chooses organisation"
about "chooses sub-group" (eg a table tennis group that is part of the Cork
city centre youth service).
The other thing I have been thinking a bit about is all the stuff about
people downloading the app and allowing push notifications; this may be our
show piece but we will probably have to have other methods working too like
texts (as we mentioned before).
The other thing going on for me is that I have come back from my holiday to
a bit of a shit storm in the day job so I'll be tied up for today and
tomorrow so forgive my absence.
Maybe we could chat over the weekend.

view them and add notes for improving them.
