This afternoon, I visited Monticello Park in Alexandria, and was overwhelmed
with the number and variety of birds present. I was waiting for others to post
what they saw, since they for certain saw more birds than I, but thought people
not at the park today may want to know about the excitement there. Ovenbird
and Hermit Thrush seemed to be everywhere. In addition to the Ovenbird, the
other warblers I saw included:
