*:ON:* ** * It had been a quiet trip aboard the Aegyptus. Not a whole lot of conversation occured. That was fine with Dhivael, she wasn't in the talking mood.* * When they got within sensor range of the planet, Dhivael started running her scans. She did an overall, general scan of the area, and then focused in more detail. The scans revealed a several small humanoid settlements in the Northern Hemisphere. Further scans revealed the settlements to be preindustrial in technology. While Dhivael was curious about the people, this fact alone indicated that they were of no immediate importance.* * What was of importance at the moment was further on the Eastern Hemisphere. The probe's readings had come from that area of the planet. When the more detailed scans were compared to readings taken from the first Elder Base, similar results were produced. It looked like there really was an Elder Base on this planet as well. What Dhivael found most interesting, were not the similarities, but rather the differences between the scans. It appeared that not all Elder Bases would be the same. This idea had, of course, been theorized. It only made sense that a race that technologically advanced, would specialize. * * Dhi really wished she could go down to the planet to investigate. Maybe she would be allowed down on another planet. Hopefully anyways. For now, she would have to just settle for this.* * Once all the scans of the planet were complete, she sent a report over to Svonn on the Rhaetia. Now they just needed to wait for orders from the erei'riov and monitor for signs that their presence had been detected.* ** *:OFF:* ** *Arrain Dhivael t'Radaik* *ASci/AMO* *USS Athena*
