Second Edition 2013. In the example for illustrating the use of the eng and 
the schwa symbols, the following dot combinations appear (as parts of two 
symbols-sequences) in the pronunciation for the word "meningococcus".

Are these two UEB symbols too? If so, then where in the Rulebook are these 
covered? And, what does each one of these two represent?
