[uae] Joystick keys

Hi Rich,
is it possible to configure the axis and fire keys for the joystick
emulation in E-UAE.
The only keys that may work are "tfhb" and "left alt" but I broke my
hands on this.
the cursor key work, but the fire key is not present on my macbook
and i have no numpad
I would prefer the keys "wasd" and "left alt". many modern games
support this axis keys and i must not learn new keys.
