[tvservice] 27"Sylvania model 27Y100-OOAA

This set came in with no video. Has good on screen display. Good audio and
changes channels ok. High voltage checks good. I changed out IC270 and it made
no difference. I am flying blind with out a schematic on this one. I have
checked and repaired all bad solder. Anybody got any ideas on this one before I
start pulling caps and measuring them.
