I dont know why Windows XP wont retain my IE/Window Explorer Window frame
Size/Position on the Desktop. Every time I open these two programs my Window
Positioning/Size goes back to where it was before my change.
I have WinXP on another Laptop and there is no such problem. Can anyone think
of what is causing this to happen, and how to make Windows remember my Windows
Size & Position Settings.
PS. I have tried both "remember folder settings on and off"
