LoadFailed = ndis2sup.vxd...... this is normal
INITCOMPLETEFAILED  = SDVXD....... this is normal
Dynamic load failed  nuwave.drv : [00149B34] File not found......... I have 
no idea what nuwave might be? Your sound card or modem. There are others with 
the same problem...... <A
