[triadtechtalk] Boot Up Delays

I have been running Boot Log Analyzer to see why my boot up process is taking
so long.

I got a real nice long listing of what was happening during the boot process.
however, I have no idea what this cryptic message means! And I hope
someone can offer some advise about what the message means and what if anything
to do about it. This is the message (I left out the rest of the message
thinking it was not an issue):

FAILED:
20:49:44 0.00 LoadFailed = ndis2sup.vxd
20:50:28 0.00 INITCOMPLETEFAILED = SDVXD
20:50:31 0.00 Dynamic load failed nuwave.drv : [00149B34] File not found

20:49:20 0.61 LoadSuccess = C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE
20:49:21 1.11 LoadSuccess = C:\WINDOWS\IFSHLP.SYS

20:49:41 2.39 C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\SYSTOOLS\DOSMODE.COM[001497B9] starting
20:49:52 2.94 DEVICEINIT = VKD
20:49:55 0.28 DEVICEINIT = NDIS
20:49:55 3.50 Dynamic load device vtdi.386
20:49:59 24.22 Dynamic load success vnbt.386
20:50:24 0.72 Initing esdi_506.pdr
20:50:25 0.56 Initing esdi_506.pdr
20:50:25 1.39 Initing drvwq117.vxd
20:50:27 0.33 Init Success drvwq117.vxd
20:50:29 0.39 Initing drvwppqt.vxd
20:50:30 0.61 INITCOMPLETE = AVGCORE

All I could suspect is that anti virus program AVG and the "Dynamic load
success vnbt.386" (Whatever that is?) are the two items taking the majority of
the time to load and the three items that are listed as failed are most likely
the problem.
Can anyone tell me if these two items are working as they should, or do they
matter, or is there truly
something I can do to speed the boot up process?

Thanks for any help. I hope this isn't one of those items that even Gates
doesn't know why it is happening that way or what to do about it!!

BRIAN
