Well the 6502 was designed before Commodore bought MOS.
The Amiga was not the first preemptive multitasking home computer. The
Sinclair QL did that a year earlier, although I don't believe it had a
graphical interface with it, and was not successful. And again the Amiga
had all that developed before Commodore bought it as far as I know.
The VIC-20 was first at selling 1 million units. So they get that one.

Not sure the list is entirely accurate, or at least some bits could

My understanding is that they made typewriters, then adding machines, then
calculators, then the KIM-1 and then PET series of computers, and others
following that. I have seen filing cabinets too, although whether they
made those or just had them branded and sold them I have no idea.
