I don't have my SuperPET handy to check, but according to the schematics you
need to connect the 6502 chip (UB14) pin 35 to UD3 pin 1. Early boards need a
wire but it appears that the last universal dynamic pet motherboards have a
jumper (which seems to be unlabelled, so I don't know where it's located).

There are multiple phases, so maybe the standard clock output is not

Check:- Is there a small board in the slot on the memory board?- Does your 8032
board have the wire on the bottom running from the 16MHz signal to the cpu
