It looks like Larry's record is the only one listed on MPG and BG Ken Childs Henderson, TN Chester County http://tinyurl.com/FinishFlagFarmsMoths http://www.finishflagfarms.com ; ________________________________ From: Larry McDaniel <larrycmcd@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: tn-moths <tn-moths@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, July 19, 2012 2:08 PM Subject: [tn-moths] Re: Help needed Rich, I had one in June 2010. I mistaken it for a rare 8461 Hope Hypena (Hypena humulis), until James Adams set me straight to be 5625 Omphalocera cariosa related to the commoner 5627 Omphalocera munroei. Are there any records for Tenn? I looked through the Pyralids and somehow missed this one. Thanks, Larry! This is a new one for me. I'm not finding it anywhere so with a moth this distinctive, I must be missing something obvious. Any suggestions?
