Subject: [tn-moths] Anderson Co. moths

My friend Diana (in Knoxville) caught the "mothing bug" at Moth-er's Night Out
last Saturday and she's got it bad! :) She told me she was up until 2:30 this
morning photographing and ID'ing them! She wants to join the group, but I don't
remember what has to be done to get in it. Please remind me.

I checked the front windows and doors at the science museum in Oak Ridge today
and got 5 new ones. Here is my list from last night and today:

Corn Earworm Moth#11068 Helicoverpa zea 8-4-10 (so this is what those nasty
caterpillars in the top of corn ears turn into!)

Dark-spotted Palthis#8397 Palthis angulalis 8-5-10
Mint-loving Pyrausta Moth #5071 Pyrausta acrionalis 8-5-10
Sociable Renia Moth#8379 Renia factiosalis8-5-10
Twin-dotted Macrochilo #8357 Macrochilo hypocritalis 8-5-10#5482Haimbachia
squamulella8-5-10
