The few female Blue-faced Meadowhawks that I have seen and photographed did  
not 
have this much black on top of the abdomen, segments 1 - 3 that your photos  
show. But otherwise it looks like Blue-faced. Not sure what else it could  be. 
Not that similar to Variegated; not even close to Ruby MH, and not  close 
enough 
to any of the skimmers. 

I think you are safe going with Blue-faced.
