[TN-Bird] watch for Snowy Owls

Large numbers of Snowy Owls are already moving into Michigan and other
areas of the northern U.S. as far south as Kansas and Missouri, so this
could be another irruption year for one to show up in KY or TN. Keep your
eyes open and pay attention to any interesting reports of "white birds"
that might merit checking out.
