[TN-Bird] Age this Eagle

Looking at my video clips from the Lewis County Golden Eagle this afternoon (12/01/2011), it seems that I was wrong in calling the bird a first year. I'm thinking second year now; any opinions from the three attached frame grabs? Brief glimpses of the upperwing do seem to show a carpal bar, but the bird was never in focus at that point in its circles (dang autofocus and intervening tree branches...).
