Everyone needs to contact TWRA and let them know that this is unacceptable, and the the permits should be pulled. Falconry is at best animal cruelity - something that has no place in the United States. To continually capture WILD birds for entertainment is barbaric. Falcon populations world-wide, especially in Asia, are threatened by falconry. To capture an adult is even worse. The Red-tail has managed to survive for a number of years now, which is remarkable for an albino. Now some rich falconer wants it for himself as a trophy, probably because of it's unusual coloration. That is total non-sense. What right does TWRA have to give a permit to capture a bird that is a migrant? We have no idea where she summers. Please contact TWRA, and have them stop this!
