[tn-bird] Re: national cbc situation

From other observer's posts to tn-bird this weekend, it looks like the
birds were something called ruddy shelducks, birds I am not familiar with.
I had broached the question to you about the possibility of red phalaropes,
knowing it sure seemed early for them to be there.

I had a red phalarope in my notes for last Sept at Kingston SP, but  I also
met up and birded with Boyd Sharp one day at Kingston in early Sept.
