[tn-bird] Re: dumping of geese

I hate to say it, but I think Mr. Richardson is right.  Once you have
taken possession from the place of shooting and gotten game to a) your
automobile, you are clear of the law.  Otherwise you could prosecute
someone for leaving game in their freezer too long and then throwing it
out.  Is it a mark of our affluence/obesity that someone could throw out
two months of meat so carelessly, much less reduce the beautiful beasts
these once were to litter?
