[TN-Bird] The Migrant: Roosting Blackbirds at Reelfoot, 1952

This is simply rich! Thank you very much, Bob, for posting the link.  I love 
this stuff...filled with birds, history, science.  We owe an immeasurable debt 
of gratitude to our forefathers for all their efforts to preserve forever these 
vivid first-hand accounts. 

This gratefulness extends also into the present and the future to all those who 
continue to freely donate time and talent to sustain this priceless heritage we 
share in The Migrant and to make it free and easily accessible online.

Yes, eBird is a powerful tool; but numbers certainly do not the whole story 
tell.
