[TN-Bird] TVA Ponds

It is regrettable that the ponds are now off-limits to birders. We can
only hope the the Orange Alert will be lifted soon. After Rob Peeples
called about seeing the bird spotted by Jeff Wilson on Sunday, birders
on the Memphis Bird Alert list were notified. I went on Monday afternoon
to the ponds and no guard informed me about the ban. I apologize for
any inconvenience this closing of the ponds might have caused anyone who
wished to view the female Black Scoter.
