[TN-Bird] Spring Meeting Agenda

Please let me know if there is any item any member wants to place on
the agenda for discussion. Any member can bring up an item at the Board
Meeting without it being on the agenda. Being included simply allows
board members an opportunity to discuss it with their chapters
beforehand.
A tentative agenda will be posted by April 16th.
