[TN-Bird] Knoxville I-275 BOP nest

I need to get a scope on it, but there is a large, active nest just off I-275 
north at the Central St/ Hieskell exit. If your going north it's on the right 
in the tree line next to Coster plant just past Sysco. I viewed the bird's head 
on the nest just now from the on ramp going south. Likely a hawk species, 
right?! Red-shouldered or red-tailed hawk?
