The Chattanooga Chapter of TOS will hold its regular monthly meeting on
Thursday August 10.

Dr. David Haskell of the University of the South will present the
program on The Birds and Other Creatures of Ephemeral Ponds. His
presentation is based on his research on wet weather ponds on the
Cumberland Plateau which was recently published in The Journal of Field

The main program will be preceded by our Bird-of-the-Month segment
presented by Dr Roger Nelson on the Cooper's Hawk..

Refreshments will be served and, as always, visitors are welcome.

We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm, at Ascension Lutheran
Church, 720 S Germantown Rd (a few blocks south of the Germantown Rd
exit on I-24)
