have you tried resetting the player by holding the power button down for at least 30 seconds? You may have to do this a couple of times.

I found that I had to make sure the plug was “really plugged it” and when I unplugged the unit I had to make sure it was turned off before putting it in my commuter case. If its left on it should automatically sshut off (sleep timer) but it may not. Are you using blutooth headphones or regular? AND I had it happen where I had to hold the button down for a little as it just seemed to beltch or something (rare) but possible.

Hello there, It is the sonsa clip, and I used the cable that came with it. I plug it in to the computer.

Did you plug it into the wall or computer? Which cable did you use? And which MP3 player are you talking about? I plug my Sonsa in almost every day, its slow charge and you can not over charge it, but, if you use the wrong cable it won’t take a charge?
