i lost my 8gb clip zip, with a 64gb card in it, in a motel room 2 months ago, i just knew i should have double checked under the bed again! shame on me! like laz, i have a copy of everything on that card in my pc, and a spare 32gb card, maybe santa claus will get me another 64gb card! i'm just happy that the new 8gb zip clip i ordered almost 3 weeks ago will get here in a couple of days, wouldn't you tend to agree with that laz?

To those of you who have lost either a player or a large capacity
card, you have my sympathy. I definitely feel your pain. Luckily I had
my wife and son with me and my son was able tolocate and retrieve my
player. I've kicked myself many times for not checking to ensure the
microSD card was still in the player, but it'was too late by the time
I realized it. I was lucky though in that the player wasn't physically
damaged one bit, not even the clip got broken off.

Wow! And all the books and music on the 64GB card, did you somehow
back it up to your PC, or is it lost?

 Hey all,

A couple of days ago I dropped my player on the ground in a parking
garage. My son was able to retrieve it from under the car. I gave it
a
quick once over to ensure nothing had broken off.

Later that day when I turned my player on and wanted to resume
playing
the audiobook I had been listening to, I discovered that the fall had
caused the 64GB microSD card to eject itself out of the player!

So to everyone out there, if your player ever hits the floor, make
sure you check to see if your microSD card was ejected by the fall
and
retrieve it along with the player wherever it may have landed.
Unfortunately it was toolate by the time I realized the microSD card
had gone missing. Now I'm back to using a 16GB card instead.

I hope this helps someone else.

 All the best,

 Laz
