There are commands, and scripting tools to do it - see tscmd, tsprof,
and wrappers for some ts API calls. Unless you're 2003 all the way, then
you could do it with ADSI scripting.

You'll have to enumerate the users, somehow.

You could do it with the latest and greatest ADDUSERS.EXE.

As to somebody having one, or knocking one up, if I do, will you do my
work for next week for free? ;-)
