If it's a one-off you could use the demo version of a tool like Hyena.
Alternatively, I have a utility that will allow you to make bulk TS settings
changes for all the usernames you supply in a text file. It also includes a
utility to export all the members of a particular global group to a text
file you can then feed into the bulk mod utility. Let me know if you'd like
a copy.
