[THIN] shadowing closing out

I have one compiter here that all of a sudden stoped shadowing. The user logs
in as admin and open up the CMC. goes to shadow a user, the user accepts and
his end just flashes and the shadow does not happen. There are no events in the
event log nor does the user trying to shadow get an error.. Any Clues? Tried
changinf the ICA Client name on the admins side but no luck.
