The only way to do it is to revert back to an NT4 domain and start over.
Install an NT BDC, dcpromo out your entire AD and then run dcpromo and start
over.
Windows 2003 has a NETBIOS domain name renaming tool, but there is still no
tool to change the DNS Domain Name. They are two different things in an AD
Domain.
