We are looking for another software because Symantec doesn't give any support
on any RAID setup that is.
We have too many servers with too many different setup, too many different raid
controler.
I know that ghost could work but Idealy I rather use something that will work
100% at the first shot and be able to have full support if something is wrong.
Symantec will not give any support at all. therefore it's not the best solution.

I have been able to successfully use Ghost to create an image from a
RAID array (hardware that is). What version of Ghost are you running
and what is the RAID card?

Symantec Ghost doesn't support Raids nor sees NTFS partitions (except
