Hi,

All change logon /disable (or disabling logins via the CMC) does is toggle a
registry value, HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\WinStationsDisabled from 0 to 1.

A 3 line kix script of vbscript would probably do the trick.

Regards,

Rick

Michael, I have a script that will allow you to remotely stop any = service
here http://www.kentldyer.com/winscripts/batch/listfiles.htm = look for
"Remote Service Restart" but I a can't seem to find a command = line switch
for Change Logon to disable a server remotely, only for the = local server.
Does anyone else have any ideas on this?

Thanks, Eric Thurber

ALSO, while we are on the subject of batch files. Is there a way to = run
Net stop spooler on one server but stop the service on another server?
