Hi,

If there are any unkillable processes in the session, the session will hang,
profiles don't get unloaded and it can even hang the IMA service. I'm not
suggesting this is the only reason for profiles not unloading, but it's
worth looking at.

I am finding that some of our clients, that used published applications (not
desktop), on our Metaframe XP servers have profiles that are not unloading
from the registry (event log also notes that it is not able to unload).
 
Our Metaframe 1.8 servers are not having the same problem.

I can't identify what is causing this.

I would appreciate any suggestions on what I could do to try and resolve.
