[THIN] Re: XP Professional TS Desktop not working...

Right-click My Computer and select Properties.
Click the Remote tab.
Check to see that "Allow userse to connect remotely to this computer" is
checked.

You could also try using netstat to see if port 3389 is listening:

Netstat -an
