They have fixed similar issues for me in the past.

A couple of things...

 

Are you running UPHClean?  If not, do so.

 

How many users are logged into this machine and what's the turnover rate
for a session?

What OS are you running (2000, 2003 or 2008)?

What kind of hardware are you using and how memory is in the box?

Whats the average session memory usage?

I'm getting bellow error message in my citrix server , how to resolve
this issue. Most of our users getting this problem. When I checked in
server memory & rights are good.

 

Windows was unable to load the registry. This is often caused by
insufficient memory or insufficient security rights. 

 

 DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested
service.  for C:\Documents and Settings\uvxd105\ntuser.dat
