A couple of things.

Are you running UPHClean? If not, do so.

How many users are logged into this machine and what's the turnover rate for
a session?

What OS are you running (2000, 2003 or 2008)?

What kind of hardware are you using and how memory is in the box?

Whats the average session memory usage?

Subject: [THIN] Windows was unable to load the registry

I'm getting bellow error message in my citrix server , how to resolve this
issue. Most of our users getting this problem. When I checked in server
memory & rights are good.

Windows was unable to load the registry. This is often caused by
insufficient memory or insufficient security rights.

DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested
service. for C:\Documents and Settings\uvxd105\ntuser.dat
