Hi Joe,

You're right of course. Had the Web and Java clients in mind when I answered
this.

We tried this before (default.ica, or any .ica for that matter) and that did
not work. Adding the two entries to appsrv.ini worked and has been working
ever since.

There is more information plus a ton of different troubleshooting steps here:

        Hi,

        WI 4 uses template ICA files to add additional parameters to the
connection ICA files.

        Setting the values in appsrv.in won't achieve anything.

        Try %siteroot%\Citrix\MetaFrame\conf\default.ica and/or the bandwidth
ICA files.

        regards,

        We've already added these lines to the appsrv.ini files in each
profile, so no luck there.

               You need to add:
               EnableSSOnThruICAFile=On
               SSOnUserSetting=On

               To the [wfclient] section of each user's appsrv.ini file.

                       We are testing Web Interface 4.0 on a Windows 2003
server to provide access to a Windows 2000 / Metaframe XP FR3 server farm, ICA
client versions are PN 8.1 or 9.x versions. Pass through is working fine for
the initial logon to the WI, but when launching any published app users are
presented with the standard Windows 2000 GINA and must enter their credentials
to proceed. Any thoughts on why WI is taking the user credentials from the PC,
but does not pass them onto the server farm?
