[THIN] Web Interface 4.0 and pass through

We are testing Web Interface 4.0 on a Windows 2003 server to provide access to
a Windows 2000 / Metaframe XP FR3 server farm, ICA client versions are PN 8.1
or 9.x versions. Pass through is working fine for the initial logon to the WI,
but when launching any published app users are presented with the standard
Windows 2000 GINA and must enter their credentials to proceed. Any thoughts on
why WI is taking the user credentials from the PC, but does not pass them onto
the server farm?
