[THIN] Unplug hardware system tray icon

Does anyone know how to get rid of this icon permanently?
It is displayed on all of our citrix users desktops .... Is there a reg
key to hide this for good? All that is in there is the smartarray
controller (don't like the idea of one user disabling the array
controller)
