That is exactly right. However, transaction times of 10 minutes probably point to some other issue. The latency from a VSAT connection makes typing and interactivity very annoying and slow, however, it might slow a typical operation down by seconds, not minutes! I suspect there is some other issue here, to the original poster, have you tried the same applications and transaction working locally on the Citrix server?
