VSAT can pump huge quantities of data quickly, however the latency is
what nails you in a Citrix environment. There will always be a latency
of at least 600ms - 700ms between any transaction due to the round
trip distance from the satellite to earth and router overhead. Try
doing a traceroute to see if you are exceeding this and where the
bottlenecks might be located.
