There are no new features in R2.  I doubt this is actually true as it would
have made big news if it was.  I don't think most people realize the work
that would have to be done to get this feature implemented.  This isn't
simply flipping a regkey and turning it on.  This is actually binding a
license to a user account and it is not as simple as per device which can
simply be stored in the registry.

No, it won't be until longhorn before you see this enforced.
