[THIN] Temp folder

We have an issue with running out of Disk space on one of our servers.
After searching I discovered that the M:\Program
Files\Citrix\System32\Citrix\Ima\Temp is taking up 6 Gigs of space on the
drive with what looks like dozens of duplicate files.
From what I can tell thse are copies of the printer drivers for
replication. Is it safe to clear this folder out?
