Found my issue. Because I deleted my TS profile off the server, I presume that CTX/Windows needed to create a new profile and as such ran through my entire User properties. While looking at the 'Environment' Tab under my user properties in AD, i noticed a reference to an old .cmd file pointing to the below location. I removed that reference and all is good.
