[THIN] Server Hang

Hello,
We have a W2K Citrix Server farm and the following problem.
Each time if a user logon at the server, his session hangs for approx. 4
sec.
All users can for this short moment not work.
The problem can be reproduced at any time with both protocols (RDP and ICA).
As soon as I deactivate the printer mapping, everything runs perfect.
This is a known Microsoft problem.

We have many different printers (local,- and network)
Knows somebody a workaround?
