[THIN] SSL Error with Citrix Program Neighborhood

I'm setting up Citrix Program Neighborhood for users to use instead of going
through the secure gateway webpage. It connects fine to the old 3.0 farm,
but when I point it to the new 4.0 farm is gives an SSL error "The citrix
ssl relay name could not be resolved (SSL error 40)". Everyone can connect
without issue through the secure gateway..
Any ideas? I noticed on the secure gateway, that the only servers configured
as an STA is one from the 3.0 farm, none from the 4.0 farm. Could that be it
or no? I went through the citrix KB on the issue, and I dont seem to have
any of the causes they mention.
