I seriously doubt it is an issue with the versions. they are new enough i believe.

let's talk this through a little. users go to web interface and log in. all apps work in this manner, correct? does this include apps from both farms?

I'm running an old version of securegateway. I think its what we put in when we had citrix xp. The web interface version is 3.0.37544. The securegateway version is 2.0.
Could that be the problem?
