very true.  Now that I think about this, I haven't had to do this since =
going to Windows 2003 which is MDAC 2.8 I think

It can be... Especially if your using the stock build of MDAC.  I would
suggest 2.71 or 2.8. =20

My resource manager is reporting "server down" but the server is still
up.  It also looks like there are still users connected and working
although I can't view any session info.

XPe FR2 on Win2k SP3.

Any ideas?
